– To start off the Okanagan Spring Wine Festival, we headed to Osoyoos to hold a private wine tasting and food pairing. The pairings were such a hit, that we thought we should share them with you! We made three different appetizers, in the form of small skewers, to pair with our 2014 Gewurztraminer.
- Cherry Tomatoes, Black Olives, and Bocconcini (marinated in Olive Oil, Chilli Flakes, and Pesto).
- Ham, Pineapple, Anise, and Red Pepper.
- Falafel, Green Olives, and Orange Pepper.
